Oportunidades de aprendizaje profesional en el contexto de la formación de profesores de matemáticas de educación básica

Resumen

Este artículo tiene como objetivo comprender cómo las oportunidades de aprendizaje profesional de profesores han sido utilizadas por formadores de profesores de matemáticas. Se trata de un ensayo teórico, compuesto por estudios empíricos publicados en el período de 2018 a 2021. Los resultados revelan que las oportunidades de aprendizaje profesional son abordadas desde diferentes perspectivas teóricas, son interpretadas de forma diferente desde su origen, varían en los modos en que se organizan las metodologías de formación y en cómo se comparten las oportunidades de aprendizaje en las experiencias de campo y construcción del conocimiento profesional. Se concluyó que las oportunidades de aprendizaje profesional incluidas en las metodologías de formación basadas en la práctica pueden contribuir al desarrollo profesional docente.
